Does Magentrix have enterprise-grade security?

Do I need a subscription?
Yes. Monthly and annual subscriptions are available.
Are there any setup or onboarding fees?
No, there are no setup or onboarding fees.
Do I have to sign a long-term agreement?
No, you can choose to sign up for a monthly or annual contract.
Do you offer discounts for annual payments?
Yes, we offer discounts for annual agreements (as opposed to month-to-month agreements which carry a 10% surcharge).
Do you charge per user and per log in?
No we don't charge per user to begin with. Each tier includes a set number of users by default.
If you go over those limits, there is a cost for additional user licenses but the cost can vary based on your needs. Please book a meeting to speak to us.
No, we don't charge each time a user logs in.
For PRM, do you charge per number of partners?
Both the Essentials and Advanced tiers include your choice of either 150 partner users or 10 partner accounts with unlimited users. The Unlimited tier allows for an unlimited number of partners and unlimited amount of partner users.
You can choose either per partner organization pricing, or per partner user pricing. Please speak to us for more details.
Do you charge per module?
No, we don’t charge based on individual modules. Each pricing tier outlined above includes a set of modules.
However, certain modules are available as optional add-ons, and if you’d like one of those with your tier, there will be an additional fee. These add-ons are identified in the pricing chart.
Are there any storage limits or caps on features?
- Storage is limited to 100 GB for file storage.
- Additional storage can be acquired at $1/GB/month.
- 2 GB of record storage is included, with more available at $15/GB/month.
How does Magentrix integrate with CRMs?
- Magentrix offers integrations with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and HubSpot.
- We are celebrated for our Salesforce and MS Dynamics integrations, as we've made it as seamless as possible - this frees up your time, enables you to be independent and not rely on us for changes and allows you to do much more than what's possible with other PRMs.
- Our Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics integration in the Essentials tier includes all standard objects and fields, while the Advanced and Unlimited tier includes custom objects, fields and managed packages.
- Our HubSpot CRM integration focuses on Company records, Contact & Company insights, Contact activity, Contact Management, Deals, and Prospects and is available for all tiers.
Are additional CRM licenses required to use Magentrix?
No, additional CRM licenses are not required to use Magentrix with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or HubSpot.
Is it easy to scale our subscription?
- Yes. You can add licenses at any time for the quoted cost.
- License reductions apply at the renewal date and affect the renewal amount.
How customizable is Magentrix?
- All Magentrix features are point-and-click configurable.
- An integrated development environment (IDE) and REST API are available.
- Customizations using the IDE can be created using ASP.NET or C# in an MVC framework.
What kind of support is included in the pricing?
- All subscriptions include standard support (8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. ET, Monday to Friday) with a 4-hour response time.
- Support is accessible through the Magentrix customer portal and email. Premium support includes telephone support.

What are the accepted payment methods?
We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and checks.
How frequently can we be billed?
- You can choose from annual, quarterly (no extra charge), or monthly billing.
- Monthly billing includes a 10% surcharge and requires credit card payment.
Can I cancel at any time?
- If you're on a monthly contract, cancel by giving us a 30-day notice.
- If you're on an annual or multi-year contract, cancel by giving us a 30-day notice before renewal.
Are there free trials or demos?
Free trials: No. As we are an enterprise-grade platform, it is difficult to offer trials but if you'd really like a trial, please inquire with us (a fee may incur for the trial).
