Microsoft Dynamics remains system of of records within your portal
When interacting with Microsoft Dynamics entities, Magentrix uses Microsoft Dynamics IDs as primary keys, ensuring Microsoft Dynamics remains the system of record. When records are created from Magentrix into Microsoft Dynamics, Magentrix first generates the record directly within Microsoft Dynamics. Once successfully created, the data is synced back into Magentrix. This process ensures that any validation rules or triggers defined in Microsoft Dynamics are respected, preventing the creation of invalid data and displaying the appropriate message to the user if any issues arise.
Similarly, when a record is updated in Magentrix
The platform first submits the data to Microsoft Dynamics. Once the data is successfully committed, it is then synced back into Magentrix. If the update fails in Microsoft Dynamics, an appropriate notification message is displayed in Magentrix.

Any records created or modified in Microsoft Dynamics are synced to Magentrix using a Smart Sync Technology developed by Magentrix on time based intervals.
Magentrix Smart Sync Technology will analyze how often and how many records are changed in Microsoft Dynamics, and it will automatically adjust the sync interval as needed.
