June 2019 Platform Updates

You asked for more and we listened!

Magentrix is moving into the summer season with new platform features and usability improvements. We continually strive to give your portals a streamlined user experience that maximizes value for your partners and clients.

    Platform Enhancements

    Scheduled Reports
With the new scheduled reports feature, you can now automate reports. Choose the frequency and exact times to receive these reports. Data can be limited to a recipient’s access level so that users can share insights with the intended individuals without worry of security breaches.

    Upcoming Events
The Upcoming Events module has been expanded to better host events with physical locations in addition to virtual events. Event time zones are now differentiated depending on the event type so that users can attend events without mistaking the timezone.

Registration features have also been expanded to allow event registration with predefined start and end times. With capacity tracking, planners can automatically close off registration after a capacity is reached.

In the case of unforeseen circumstances, event planners can cancel events and notify all guests with a simple click.

    Simplified Chinese Language Support
We now officially support simplified Chinese as one of our portal languages.

Upcoming Events and Playbooks - Language Support
Different languages are now supported in the Upcoming Events and Playbook Modules. A language can be assigned to an event category or to a playbook gallery. When the multi-lingual is enabled, events and playbooks will display in accordance to the user's preferred language.

Printing for Case Deflection Articles & Wiki Pages
Article results from the case deflection feature can now be printed for future reference. We have also added printing support for Wiki module pages.

In addition to the platform improvements listed above, we have also made translation amendments and bug fixes.

    When Will This Happen?

The planned release date for these updates is the weekend of June 8th, 2019.
