Validation rules respected

Which CRMs does Magentrix support?
Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365 — both as full schema-mirroring integrations. HubSpot is also supported, though not currently with a schema-mirroring integration. For other CRMs, you have three options: connect via Magentrix's REST API, build a direct integration using the Developer IDE, or use an iPaaS tool like Zapier or Make.com.
What happens when we add a custom object in Salesforce?
Magentrix's continuous schema check detects it automatically and reflects it in the PRM. Your admin doesn't need to log in, map anything, or submit a ticket. It just appears after you press the refresh button.
Does Magentrix write back to our CRM, and does it respect validation rules?
Yes, and yes. Writes from the PRM (deal registrations, contact updates, etc.) go through the CRM's native API. Your CRM validation rules, required fields, and permissions all apply as normal. Magentrix never bypasses them.
What is Magentrix's Smart Sync Technology?
Smart Sync Technology is Magentrix's dynamic sync system that automatically adjusts how frequently it syncs data from your CRM based on actual activity — instead of using a fixed schedule. High deal-volume periods get more frequent syncs; quiet periods back off to conserve API quota. The default interval is every 15 minutes, which keeps you comfortably within Salesforce API limits. You can lower it down to 1 minute if your ops requires near-real-time sync — though the tighter the interval, the higher the API usage, so that tradeoff is worth keeping in mind.
