Content Marketing Specialist

You are creative, outgoing and love to work in a fast-paced and fun technical environment. You have a passion for creating unique content for online marketing activities. You have exceptional writing skills with a flair for design and experience with video production. If this description sounds like you, then we'd like to talk to you about our Marketing Specialist position.

The successful candidate must possess a University or College diploma in marketing or business with 1 - 3 years of work experience in a B2B software technology setting, preferably SaaS-based. The Marketing Specialist must be an active and engaging writer on social media and have a solid working knowledge of online marketing.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Content Planning and Creation

    • Align content strategy and editorial calendar to support marketing initiatives.

    • Write and design compelling content for digital communications including corporate website, blog, and social media sites.

    • Deliver impactful Marketing Communications pieces such as eBooks, videos, white papers and infographics.

    • Create sales and marketing tools such as brochures, case studies, newsletters, presentations and banner advertisements.

    • Ensure that content is on on-brand, consistent in style, quality, messaging and optimized for user experience.

  • Campaign Execution and Analytics

    • Design and manage digital campaigns for lead generation using marketing automation platform.

    • Monitor and optimize market effectiveness of content using SEO, web, social and digital analytics.

 Desired Skills and Experience

  • University or college diploma in marketing or business with 1 - 3 years of work experience in a B2B software technology setting, preferably SAAS-based.

  • Proven experience in writing and designing compelling technical marketing content.

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to understand and interpret complex technologies to develop and communicate marketing messages.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to think creatively and innovatively.

  • Flexible, energetic and able to work well with others in a client-focused, fast-paced and cross-functional environment.

  • Enhanced proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Application Suites and design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and video editing.
